Series F Shaft Mounted Helical Geared Motor: Series F geared motors and reducers offer a shaft mounted solution with an integral torque reaction bracket. The units are also available with rubber torque bushings, output flanges, shrink disc bores, solid output shafts and KIBO® sleeves to allow for trouble free maintenance. These units are manufactured and assembled from a family of modular kits for distributor friendliness thereby minimizing inventory and making the product readily available. Can be supplied as double, triple, quadruple and quintuple reduction units in flange or shaft mount execution. Available as motorized, motor ready (to accept clients own NEMA/ IEC motor) or as a reducer with a keyed input shaft. All gear cases are cast iron. Unit Sizes 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10 Input Power Up to 50 HP (45 kW) Output Torque Up to 71,000 lb.in (8,000 Nm) Gear Ratios From 6.3/1 to 360/1 up to Triple reduction and up to 3600/1 in combined unit Motor Sizes NEMA frames from 56 to 440 and IEC Frames from 63 to 315.
