The ER Series of worm gear units are direct replacements for the David Brown (Radicon) Series A heavy duty worm gear units. All critical dimensions and product quality is the same and the ER heavy duty worm gear range is available in the following types:

• Underdriven ER - U
• Overdriven ER - O
• Vertical ER – V

The units provide power capacity up to 320 Kw in 4 sizes with worm gear centres from 10 inch to 17 inch. All worm gear units are offered with a choice of 11 standard ratios from 5 – 1 up to 70 – 1. The high quality design and engineering of the ER worm gear range makes the product an ideal solution for the most arduous of industries and applications.
